Which system is right for me?
Both come in the same four styles. The difference is how they stay on. Pre-glued is the fastest and easiest place to start. Bond & seal takes a couple more minutes and gives you longer wear and a latex-free option.

With clean, dry, mascara-free lashes, lift a cluster from the strip with the applicator (or tweezers) and place it just underneath your natural lashes, starting at the outer corner.

Gently press your natural lashes and the cluster together so they set as one. Bond & seal users finish with a pass of sealer to lock the set in.

- What is the difference between pre-glued and bond & seal clusters?
- Pre-glued clusters ($34.99) have the adhesive already on the band, so you just apply, press and go, with no bond, sealer or remover needed. They wear for 3–7 days. Bond & seal clusters ($32.99) have no adhesive on the band and are applied with our latex-free Bonder & Sealer Duo, which gives longer wear of 5–10 days. Pre-glued is the easiest start; bond & seal suits longer wear or anyone who needs a latex-free system.
- How long do cluster lashes last?
- Pre-glued clusters last 3–7 days and bond & seal clusters 5–10 days. Wear time depends on your natural lashes, how oily your skin is, and keeping oil-based products and steam away from the lash line.
- How many sets are in a box?
- Each box has 8 rows of clusters, which is about 6 to 8 full lash sets depending on your eye shape and the style you choose.
- Are your cluster lashes latex-free?
- Our Pre-Glued Lash Clusters contain latex. If you prefer or need to avoid latex, choose the Bond & Seal Lash Clusters, which are applied with our latex-free Bonder & Sealer Duo.
- Are cluster lashes safe for your natural lashes?
- Yes, when they are placed under the natural lashes rather than on the lid, and removed gently rather than pulled off. Damage almost always comes from pulling clusters out or leaving an old set on far too long.
- Can I have cluster lashes applied professionally?
- Yes. Sigita, our founder, applies cluster lashes by appointment in the Lash Babe Pro studio in Rothesay Bay, Auckland. It is a great option for an event, or to see how a style suits you before doing it yourself.
- How much is shipping, and how fast is it?
- Shipping is $10 per order NZ-wide, including rural addresses, and free on orders of $100 or more. We aim to dispatch orders the same or next business day. If you are in Auckland and need them urgently, you can arrange to collect your order from our Rothesay Bay studio instead.
