Orders, shipping and returns
- Shipping is $10 per order NZ-wide, including rural addresses.
- Free shipping on orders of $100 or more.
- We aim to dispatch orders the same or next business day.
- Need them urgently? Arrange to collect your order from the Rothesay Bay studio instead of waiting for delivery.
- Unopened, unused products may be considered for return within 14 days of the order date. Opened or used products cannot be returned for change of mind. Your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act are not affected.
