Privacy policy

This policy covers www.clusterlashes.co.nz, an information website operated by Lash Babe Pro of 83 Knights Rd, Rothesay Bay, Auckland, 0630. We handle personal information in accordance with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.

This site does not sell anything or take your details

There is no shopping cart, no account, and no contact form on this website. When you click a “Shop now” button you leave this site for our online store, which has its own privacy policy and handles all orders and payments. Nothing you do on this site creates an account or a record with us.

What is collected automatically

We use privacy-friendly, cookieless traffic analytics to count page views and see which pages are useful. It does not collect anything that identifies you personally.

Our web host, Cloudflare, keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, page requested) for security and performance purposes.

Advertising

We advertise on Facebook and Instagram. When those campaigns begin, this site will include the Meta Pixel, which places cookies and reports to Meta which pages you viewed and whether you clicked through to our shop. This section will be updated at that point.

You can control this. Meta's ad preferences let you limit how your activity is used, and most browsers let you block third-party cookies or send a Global Privacy Control signal.

Links we add to our own shop

Links to our store carry tracking tags (UTM parameters) in the address. These tell us which page on this site sent someone to the shop. They contain no information about you.

Reviews

Reviews published on this site are shared with the customer's permission, and we publish a first name and suburb only. If you have given us a review and want it removed, email us and we will take it down.

Your rights

Under the Privacy Act 2020 you can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, and ask for it to be deleted. Since this website itself holds no personal records, such requests usually relate to our shop or to messages you have sent us.
